Kevin Cook has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with NYS since 2019 and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) since 2021. For massage he focuses in Medical, Sports, and Therapeutic. Kevin believes in a holistic approach to health and tries to stay active, balance his diet, and receive bodywork himself on a regular basis. He is an active HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) practitioner with Nickel City Longsword, and runs a fitness studio with his Epic Level Fitness co-founder and partner, Miranda, out of Gowanda, NY.
