Call 627-3668 to schedule your child's appointment!  Space is limited.  Please note:  No show or cancelled appointments on Kid's Day will be charged a $15.00 fee.  CAncellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance.  Child must be under 18 years old and a current patient of Bukaty Family Chiropractic.  If your child has health insurace, we must bill their health insurance and collect their regular copay/co-insurance.
